By accessing menuintel.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
2. Service Description
Menu Intel LLC provides a B2B SaaS platform for restaurants. We provide digital menu hosting and ordering systems on custom domains.
3. Fees and Revenue
Platform access is $0 for restaurant tenants. Revenue is generated via a per-transaction service fee (approximately $1.50) paid by the end-consumer. All payments are processed via Stripe Connect.
4. Compliance
NYC restaurant tenants must provide valid health grade certifications during onboarding to maintain service eligibility.
5. Limitation of Liability
Menu Intel LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our platform.
